Pulp Consistency Control

Pulp Consistency Control is done by the instrument type TCR-2500 Peaktotal. Pulp Consistency Control covers total consistencies in the range of 0.5 to 10%. Pulp Consistency Control measures true, total pulp consistency in the range of 0.5 to 10%. Pulp Consistency Control has inline pulp consistency measurement. Pulp Consistency Control needs no extra process pressure. Pulp Consistency Control is based on state-of-the-art communication platform CPM. Pulp Consistency Control is available as standard and light version. Pulp Consistency Control is suitable for use in the stock preparation area, in mechanical pulp processes as well as in other applications.

Rod coating and metering

Recycled Pulping

Recycled Pulping machinery type RET-5503 PeakAsh offers a number of advanced capabilities. Recycled Pulping is best suited sensor for accurate ash control applications. Recycled Pulping is the perfect solution for all white water ash and total consistency control applications. Recycled Pulping can be highly recommended for DIP flotation optimization where highest ash accuracy is required. Recycled Pulping machinery has the ability to hook up with a pre-configured PC. This allows Recycled Pulping machinery to convenient data storage, remote equipment access and retention calculation.

Chemical Pulping

Chemical Pulping machinery includes UV brightness transmitter, Residual transmitter, Kappatrac and Residual peroxide analyzer. The BT-5400 UV is designed for monitoring pulp bleaching in distributed control, supervisory or stand-alone applications. This type of Chemical Pulping has UV light source option. Chemical Pulping has Integrated probe retraction system. Chemical Pulping machinery has 5 analog output signals. Chemical Pulping machinery has Low-weight.

Mechanical Pulping

Mechanical Pulping machinery type RPA-5000 Residual Peroxide Analyzer measures inline and gives accurate, sophisticated control over the bleaching process. Mechanical Pulping shows real-time control – results in 3.5 – 5 minutes. Mechanical Pulping measures 5-5000 ppm. Mechanical Pulping only measures peroxide – insensitive to temperature, pH and suspended solids. Mechanical Pulping is almost maintenance and calibration free.
